Sonoma Challenge Ropes Course with Hult School of Business
Facilitating a ropes course for MBA candidates is no laughing matter…well, actually it is! Our objective for the full day ropes course was to teach these future leaders the art of facilitation, conflict management and leadership in diverse settings. With nearly 30 elements/activities, this ropes course was an ideal place to reinforce the concepts of team work and collaboration for over 100 students simultaneously. We ended the day racing down the zip line! A thrill ride and truly a catalyst for change.
