TBROI has developed the ultimate OD/Training Adventure! Go on “The Hunt” and use simple cell phone technology to complete a number of mini-challenges, icebreakers, and meeting energizers along the way. In your group, you will solve puzzles, collaborate and strategize, and compete against the clock and other teams. When “The Hunt” is over, we will debrief the experience and discuss the takeaways. Learn how to use experiential learning to:
- Improve communication, collaboration and team productivity
- Build relationships and make the workplace more enjoyable Develop and motivate a team
- Set goals and get everyone “onto the same page”
- Build leadership skills
