Following a lunch or dinner, teams compete in challenges to win ingredients, décor, tableware, and marketing materials. Then, at its assigned truck and table, each team uses its winnings to create a restaurant, complete with a signature dish, culinary theme, and name. Each team plates and serves its meal to the judges at its restaurant. Sharpen your knives! This is an outstanding competitive event.
FOOD. GLORIOUS FOOD….. TRUCKS.
Your group’s size determines the number of food trucks, each fully equipped with a chef and staff onboard. We divide your group into teams either before the event or as they arrive. Teams then move from truck to truck, sampling great food. After eating, each team is assigned to a FOOD truck, which becomes its kitchen, and a table, which becomes its restaurant. And the Challenges begin!
Teams compete in a variety of classic TBROI challenges- fun team-building games to win ingredients, including protein, vegetables, starch, spices, décor, tableware, and marketing materials. Each team’s winnings will be unique based on how well it does in the challenge competition. Now let’s cook!
Each team uses its winnings at its assigned truck and table to create a restaurant, complete with a signature dish, culinary theme, and name. With a bit of help from the food truck staff, some team members will prep food for the chef to cook; others will decorate their “restaurant” and design its marketing materials.
