Shaken and stirred, Team Cantina is your Friday Funday Outing with the group. Create a signature drink and serve it to your friends and judges in a themed bar that you will create.
Our shaken and stirred event is perfect for ages 21+. Teams compete in a series of fun mini-challenges to win mixing ingredients, decor, bar food, and marketing materials. Teams use their winnings to design a themed cantina, mix signature alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic cocktails, create a side dish of “bar food,” and develop a marketing plan. When time is up, happy hour begins as teams sample each other’s libations and nibbles.

STEP 1 – MIXOLOGY OVERVIEW
The objective of “Team Cantina” is to create a signature alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic cocktail, a side dish of “bar food,” a themed serving area, and a marketing plan to bring your creation to the masses! We will split your group into smaller teams, and we will start with a mixology tutorial from our expert barman. After your mixology class, the timed challenge begins.
STEP 2 – BUILD A BAR
Once the teams have been given instructions, they will compete in a series of head-to-head hilarious mini-challenges to win their mixing ingredients, decor, bar food, and marketing materials. Teams will be required to decorate a little serving area and produce a marketing presentation for their “bar area.” Of course, we will provide you with enough “Stuff” to build a creative and cool cantina. Create a Tiki bar, sports lounge, Irish Pub, or whatever you want. just make sure you have a theme!
STEP 3 – JUDGING & SAMPLING
When the clock hits zero, time is up! Lounge in your serving area and sample your creation as well as those of the other teams while the judges evaluate everyone’s drink, bar, and marketing presentation.
SAFETY FIRST!
All participants must be 21, sign a waiver, and no one should ever drink and operate a motor vehicle after consuming ANY amount of alcohol. This program is perfect for a group that is staying at a hotel or resort, but we can also arrange transportation for the group as well. This IS NOT a pub crawl..it is a team building event that is fun, effective, creative, and a little wild!
